How do I request an exchange?

Open Contact Us, choose Returns / Exchange, and submit your order reference. Signed-in customers can also create support from their order page.
Can sale items be exchanged?

The current wording is demo content. The client should define sale-item exchange rules before launch and update the policy page and FAQs from the admin panel.
